Crystals 101 and Psychic Readings Using Crystals

Crystals and stones are very popular tools for those in the metaphysical field. Many report that even as children they were always drawn to them but never knew why.

Crystals and stones emit energy, just like humans do. The energy that is exchanged between two people will determine if there is an energetic “match” or “mismatch.” A good match will mean we will like someone, sometimes instantaneously. However, a poor match will mean we don’t feel good about that person, even though we can’t always explain why.

Crystals are like that. If the energy of a crystal is a good “fit” for our energy, then we will feel drawn to it. However, someone else might not feel drawn to that same crystal simply because it’s not a good “match” to their energy.

The energy being emitted from each type of crystal determines what properties it will have and how it can be used. For example, rose quartz emits a very soft, loving energy. Therefore, it can be effectively used to soothe emotional upset or create a loving environment.

Objectives for the Crystals 101 Class

This is designed to be an introductory-level workshop that will briefly cover all of the “basics” that you need to know when using crystals and stones in the psychic or healing arts.

During this class, we will:

Discuss the metaphysical properties of a wide variety of crystals and stones
Explore how they can be used in metaphysics (e.g., readings, healings, protection)
Feel the energy of many commonly used crystals & stones
Explain where to purchase crystals & stones
Describe how to select the “right” crystal or stone for you
Explain a variety of cleansing and empowerment techniques
Describe how to use crystals and stones to create energy grids
Following this discussion and a guided meditation, some of the more common crystals and stones will be used to do psychic readings with each other
